Privacy policy
We only ask for what we need to answer your question about a pool or outdoor project — and we never sell it. Here is exactly what we collect and why.

Who we are
CCM Pool and Patio builds and remodels pools, patios and outdoor living spaces across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This policy covers the website at ccmpools.com. If you would rather talk to a person about any of this, call us at 940-299-2177.
What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, the subject you enter, and the message you write. That is the whole form — there are no hidden fields collecting anything else.
Automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic traffic information when you visit: which pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, your browser type and the site that referred you. This is aggregate — it is not tied to your name.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build a profile of you across other websites, and we do not ask for anything sensitive. Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers through the contact form — we will never ask for them there.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to plan and quote the work you are asking about, to keep our own records of what we agreed, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. That is it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising, and submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing email.
Who else sees it
Only our own team, plus the services that make this website work:
- Vercel — hosts the site and runs the contact form handler, and provides the aggregate traffic counts described above.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the "verify you are human" check on the contact form. It exists to keep bots out, and it is why we do not have to make you read distorted text.
- Resend — delivers your form submission to us as an email.
- Deyo Group (Deyo Dash) — our web partner, who maintains this site and records form submissions so an enquiry cannot be lost if an email fails to arrive.
- Google Maps — the map embedded on our contact page is served by Google, which means Google can see that your browser loaded it. That happens whether or not you interact with the map.
We will also hand over information if the law genuinely requires it. Beyond that, no one else gets it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and in our project records for as long as we may need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records — typically several years for work we actually carried out. Aggregate traffic data is not tied to you and is kept in summary form.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details below and tell us what you would like. The simplest choice of all: if you would rather not send anything through a website form, just call 940-299-2177.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We do not make changes quietly and backdate them.
